Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL1RL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A, OR2T5, and C1orf141. Each is linked with IL1RL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RL1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RL1 results are reported.
