IL1RAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL1RAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,671 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of interleukin-1 alpha production, Protein targeting to lysosome involved in chaperone-mediated autophagy, and Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Each is linked with IL1RAP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RAP-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1RAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1RAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
