IL1R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1R2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 753 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO2B, RN7SL191P, and CCDC3. Each is linked with IL1R2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1R2-to-partner and partner-to-IL1R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CORO2B grouped by IL1R2-low versus IL1R2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
