IL1R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1R2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Src_pY527, and ASNS. Each is linked with IL1R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1R2-to-partner and partner-to-IL1R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by IL1R2-low versus IL1R2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
