IL1R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL1R2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,107 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD33, OR6B3, and OR4A47. Each is linked with IL1R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1R2-to-partner and partner-to-IL1R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD33 grouped by IL1R2-low versus IL1R2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
