IL1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, GSK-3_pS9, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with IL1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1B-to-partner and partner-to-IL1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by IL1B-low versus IL1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
