Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL18RAP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL18RAP data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher IL18RAP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL18RAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THCA, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where IL18RAP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
