IL18RAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18RAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,148 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18RAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, ISG20, and ITGAL. Each is linked with IL18RAP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18RAP-to-partner and partner-to-IL18RAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL18RAP versus IL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18RAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18RAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
