IL18RAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18RAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18RAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and MEK1. Each is linked with IL18RAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18RAP-to-partner and partner-to-IL18RAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by IL18RAP-low versus IL18RAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18RAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18RAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
