IL18RAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL18RAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18RAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE3, FAM71B, and KRTAP9-3. Each is linked with IL18RAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18RAP-to-partner and partner-to-IL18RAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE3 grouped by IL18RAP-low versus IL18RAP-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18RAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18RAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
