IL18R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,297 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, GINS3, and SKA2. Each is linked with IL18R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18R1-to-partner and partner-to-IL18R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by IL18R1-low versus IL18R1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
