IL18R1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL18R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,330 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL18RAP, IL1R1, and IL15RA. Each is linked with IL18R1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18R1-to-partner and partner-to-IL18R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL18R1 versus IL18RAP in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
