IL18BP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18BP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, GSK-3_pS9, and MSH2. Each is linked with IL18BP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18BP-to-partner and partner-to-IL18BP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by IL18BP-low versus IL18BP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
