Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL17RC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL17RC data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher IL17RC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL17RC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and SKCM are the cancer types where IL17RC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
