IL17RC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17RC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17RC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, TFRC, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with IL17RC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17RC-to-partner and partner-to-IL17RC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by IL17RC-low versus IL17RC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17RC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17RC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
