IL17RC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL17RC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,792 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17RC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with IL17RC in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17RC-to-partner and partner-to-IL17RC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of macroautophagy grouped by IL17RC-low versus IL17RC-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17RC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17RC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
