IL17RC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL17RC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17RC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMH2, C7orf33, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with IL17RC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17RC-to-partner and partner-to-IL17RC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARMH2 grouped by IL17RC-low versus IL17RC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17RC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17RC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
