Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17RA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ACC1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with IL17RA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL17RA results are reported.
