IL17D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL17D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,755 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Megakaryocyte differentiation, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and T cell receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with IL17D in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17D-to-partner and partner-to-IL17D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Megakaryocyte differentiation grouped by IL17D-low versus IL17D-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17D→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
