IL17C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,071 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to sodium arsenite, Thymocyte migration, and Response to sodium arsenite. Each is linked with IL17C in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17C-to-partner and partner-to-IL17C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to sodium arsenite grouped by IL17C-low versus IL17C-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17C→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
