Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL17C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,413 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, Negative regulation of muscle cell apoptotic process, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with IL17C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17C-to-partner and partner-to-IL17C results are reported.
