IL17B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,155 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heart valve morphogenesis, Notch signaling involved in heart development, and Collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with IL17B in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17B-to-partner and partner-to-IL17B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heart valve morphogenesis grouped by IL17B-low versus IL17B-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17B→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
