IL16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, C-Raf_pS338, and Rad50. Each is linked with IL16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL16-to-partner and partner-to-IL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by IL16-low versus IL16-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
