IL16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,332 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitophagy, Protein targeting, and Positive regulation of interleukin-1 alpha production. Each is linked with IL16 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL16-to-partner and partner-to-IL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitophagy grouped by IL16-low versus IL16-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
