IL16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 372 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf87, RAET1E, and CENPVL1. Each is linked with IL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL16-to-partner and partner-to-IL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf87 grouped by IL16-low versus IL16-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
