IL15RA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL15RA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL15RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-634P, HYKK, and TXN2P1. Each is linked with IL15RA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL15RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-634P grouped by IL15RA-low versus IL15RA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL15RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL15RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
