IL15RA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL15RA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL15RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with IL15RA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL15RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by IL15RA-low versus IL15RA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL15RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL15RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
