Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL15RA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,341 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL15RA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Defense response to virus. Each is linked with IL15RA in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL15RA results are reported.
