IL13RA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL13RA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,047 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL13RA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF592, EIF1, and NLE1. Each is linked with IL13RA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL13RA1-to-partner and partner-to-IL13RA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF592 grouped by IL13RA1-low versus IL13RA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL13RA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL13RA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
