Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL13RA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,718 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL13RA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to lysosome involved in chaperone-mediated autophagy, Protein targeting to vacuole involved in autophagy, and Interleukin-13-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IL13RA1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL13RA1-to-partner and partner-to-IL13RA1 results are reported.
