IL12RB1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL12RB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,205 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL12RB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with IL12RB1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL12RB1-to-partner and partner-to-IL12RB1 results are reported.
