IL11RA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL11RA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL11RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFAS, CTC1, and PRF1. Each is linked with IL11RA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL11RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL11RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFAS grouped by IL11RA-low versus IL11RA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL11RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL11RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
