Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL10RB mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL10RB data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IL10RB mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL10RB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where IL10RB mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
