IL10RB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL10RB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,850 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL10RB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to type III interferon, Response to type III interferon, and Type III interferon-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IL10RB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL10RB-to-partner and partner-to-IL10RB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to type III interferon grouped by IL10RB-low versus IL10RB-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL10RB→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL10RB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
