IL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,790 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18_S368, WAS, and PTPRC. Each is linked with IL10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL10-to-partner and partner-to-IL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL10 versus PPP1R18_S368 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
