Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5J7P, RNU6-1305P, and OR5AU1. Each is linked with IL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL10-to-partner and partner-to-IL10 results are reported.
