Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with IL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL10-to-partner and partner-to-IL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by IL10-low versus IL10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
