Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 829 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to carbon monoxide, Regulation of type B pancreatic cell apoptotic process, and Regulation of plasma cell differentiation. Each is linked with IL10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL10-to-partner and partner-to-IL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to carbon monoxide grouped by IL10-low versus IL10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
