Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IKZF5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IKZF5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IKZF5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IKZF5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where IKZF5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
