IKZF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,957 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, P4HB, and NHLRC2. Each is linked with IKZF5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF5-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKZF5 versus ERO1A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
