Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IKZF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RLF, ZRANB1, and CLNK. Each is linked with IKZF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF5-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKZF5 versus RLF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
