Across TCGA cell cohorts, IKZF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,968 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with IKZF5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF5-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF5 results are reported.
