Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,278 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, RPL7, and SLC2A1. Each is linked with IKZF4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF4-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF4 results are reported.
