IKZF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,189 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTN1, S100B, and GPD1. Each is linked with IKZF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF4-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKZF4 versus RTN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
