IKZF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM3, MRPS15, and LIAS. Each is linked with IKZF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF4-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPM3 grouped by IKZF4-low versus IKZF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
