IKZF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, eIF4E, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with IKZF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF4-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by IKZF4-low versus IKZF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
