IKZF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IKZF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP1-4, OR2M2, and IL17A. Each is linked with IKZF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF4-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP1-4 grouped by IKZF4-low versus IKZF4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
