Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,354 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, MYO1G, and ARHGAP15. Each is linked with IKZF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF1-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF1 results are reported.
