IKZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP2, CHEK1, and CENPU. Each is linked with IKZF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF1-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
