IK

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IK-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with IK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IK-to-partner and partner-to-IK results are reported.
